Duquesa found herself in the save-a-Sato shelter in Puerto Rico, where our rescuer pulled her, vetted her, got her spayed, and put her in Foster because she is only 5 to 7 pounds. she’s overwhelmed in the shelter setting and will do much better in a foster home. If you were looking for a tiny Chihuahua, this little girl might be right for you. She arrives mid September in Virginia and her adoption fee is $395.
