Meet Gypsy! 

Gypsy is a 2-year-old Yorkie mix weighing about 11 lbs. This spunky little girl is full of energy and loves to play fetch and romp around with her toys. She can get a little mouthy in her play, but with the right guidance and redirection, she settles in quickly.

With her people, Gypsy is affectionate, loyal, and loving. She’s a bit shy and unsure around new visitors, so she’ll need a patient adopter who can help her build confidence. She’s already learned a few commands like sit, stay, and no, and responds to Gypsy.

Like many young dogs, Gypsy still has some puppy habits—she might chew paper or fabric she finds on the floor, but she can be redirected with toys. She is working on her leash skills but is nervous around loud outdoor noises (trucks, lawn equipment, sirens). For this reason, she hasn’t been fully housebroken yet, as she prefers to come back inside quickly. With time, patience, and positive reinforcement, she’ll continue to grow and improve.

Gypsy is up to date on vaccines, including flu shots, and has been recently spayed. She’s ready for a loving home that can give her the structure, training, and affection she deserves.
