Megan is a small, shih tzu (mix?) who was abandoned at a mechanic's shop in Puerto Rico. She was picked up by rescuers, taken to the center, vetted, groomed, and given TLC. Megan is now ready to travel to the States to find her forever home. She's at least one year old, spayed, and up to date with her vaccines.  Please submit an application if you're interested in meeting her.
