Meet Nova!
Nova (formerly Lacey) is a 3.5-year-old, 68-pound spayed beauty who’s full of life and ready for her next chapter. Originally adopted in 2021, she’s current on all vetting, fully house-trained, and crate-trained.

Nova is a fun-loving, athletic girl with a big personality. She’s  loyal to her people and does best with structure, routine, and space to run. She’s happiest when she has a job to do or an adventure to go on—whether that’s fetch in a big yard or exploring the outdoors.

Nova currently lives with another dog and does great in the home, but she can get overstimulated by animals and people near her territory. She would thrive in a home that doesn’t have a fence in front of the house or with a tall privacy fence, an experienced dog owner who can be confident on leash, and limited external distractions. Nova's a playful spirit with a strong prey drive, so no small animals or cats, please.

She’s affectionate in her own way—preferring play and companionship over lots of pets—and would do best with older children or adults who understand her need for independence and structure.

Nova is incredibly special, and with the right environment, she will make a wonderful companion. She just needs the right match to help her shine.

Lacy now Nova was part of an accidental litter born to a pure bred GSD who was tied outside.  We rescued the mom and her litter in Sept 21'.
